职位描述

参与Gameplay相关功能开发,支持角色、战斗、技能、怪物、关关卡等玩法模块的实现与维护。
配合策划、美术、TA、QA等同学完成玩法需求落地,包括功能开发、配置接入、表现调试和问题修复。
协助完善游戏内调试工具、GM工具和编辑器辅助能力,提升玩法开发和验证效率
参与日常Bug定位与修复,协助分析运行时、编辑器、资源配置等相关问题
根据项目需要编写基础测试、验证用例或调试脚本,保障玩法功能稳定性。
学习并遵循团队工程规范,完成清晰、可维护的代码提交和技术文档记录

职位要求

本科或研究生在读,计算机、软件工程、游戏开发、数学、物理等相关专业优先。
熟悉至少一门编程语言,如C#、C++、Java、Go、Python。
了解基本数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络基础。
对实时多人游戏、动作游戏感兴趣。
有Unity、Unreal、Godot或自研小游戏项目经验者优先。
具备较好的学习能力和问题定位能力,能主动阅读代码、查资料、复现问题。
加分项
了解server authoritative,client prediction, snapshot interpolation、rollback、lag compensation等概念。
做过多人联机Demo、帧同步Demo、状态同步Demo或网约路小游戏。
熟悉Unity/C#,有ECS、物理、动画、技能系统相关经验更好。
有较好的英文技术资料阅读能力。
有Git、调试器、Profiler、抓包工具、自动化测试经验。
