What you’ll do

You’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of in-house casino games from concept through to launch, optimisation, and ongoing performance
• Define and drive the in-house game strategy aligned to broader casino content and business objectives
• Lead and guide the studio management team to deliver on operational objectives and commitments
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of game concepts, ensuring a balanced and differentiated portfolio
• Act as Product Owner, setting scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria for game development
• Ensure games are delivered on time, to quality standards, and aligned with strategic goals
• Oversee product roadmaps and ensure delivery commitments are met across the studio
• Identify opportunities to create unique, high-value content not available through external providers
• Own the commercial performance of in-house games, driving revenue and margin growth
• Partner with optimisation and analytics teams to drive continuous improvement through data insights
• Ensure alignment between internal game development and external content strategies
• Maintain strong collaboration with Product Governance to ensure testing, certification, and release standards are met
• Manage escalations effectively within agreed service levels and ensure operational continuity
• Align stakeholders around shared goals, ensuring cross-functional collaboration
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
• Forecast and track key performance metrics across the studio portfolio

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience in game development, product management, or casino/gaming environments
• Deep understanding of player behaviour and content performance drivers
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
• Proven ability to operate strategically while delivering detailed execution
• Experience delivering results in high-pressure environments with multiple concurrent initiatives
• Strong leadership experience, with the ability to develop and motivate high-performing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
