🎯 What You'll Be Doing

• 🌟 Be "the face" of the company, delivering expert knowledge and superior gaming quality

• 👔 Represent and maintain the brand by following presentation and grooming policies

• 🎤 Present all games professionally, showcasing exceptional presenting skills at all times

• ✨ Engage players and keep them entertained throughout

• 🎯 Maintain technical proficiency across all games, staying aware of performance and brand compliance

• 📈 Play an active role in the company's continuous improvement and growth plans

✅ What We're Looking For

• 🇹🇷 Native/fluent Turkish (C2) + 🇬🇧 English (B2), oral and written

• 📍 Must already be based in Romania with full working rights

• 🎭 Exceptional presenting skills

• 😊 Enthusiastic, positive, outgoing personality

• ⚡ High energy levels, even for animated, fast-paced games

• 🌙☀️ Flexible with hours, comfortable with a 24/7 shift pattern

• ⏰ Reliable, with strong attendance and timekeeping

• 👁️ Excellent attention to detail and people skills — this is a customer-facing role

• 🧠 Quick thinking, calm under pressure, with accuracy, discipline, and discretion
