SUMMARY

This role supports the Game Operations Department by handling pregame responsibilities, running on-court contests, working with the emcee, preparing props for the mascot and entertainment teams, and aiding the mascot with autograph sessions, seat visits, and other game-related events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform game day duties, which include pregame, during the game and post game:
• Prepare props for in game and on court contests
• Prepare all in game giveaways for all entertainment teams
• Assist with on court contests
• Assist mascot with preparing his/her props needed for the game
• Assist mascot at autograph sessions and in seat visits
• Other duties as assigned

LOCATION REQUIREMENT

This position is based in Noblesville, Indiana and requires in-person work at Riverview Health Arena at Innovation Mile.

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High school diploma required
• Prior experience in a fast-paced event environment with large amounts of fans/guests is highly preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the office work environment is usually moderate and the noise level in Gainbridge Fieldhouse / game environment is usually loud. The stress level may become high during certain times of the year.
