1. 负责南亚区域(印度)重点手游产品运营工作,对产品活跃和收入负责;2. 负责多产品南亚区域发行运营工作,根据数据和用户反馈,敏捷调整发行优先级和预算规划,制定区域发行策略;3. 与区域发行合作伙伴深度合作,撬动南亚人口红利,同步制定区域本地化运营策略,拉动活跃和新进增长;4. 参与并规划新产品测试、用研策略,高效利用各类数据和用研工具,基于用户反馈提出新产品和市场建议,并对指标波动做出预判并制定应对方案;5. 结合游戏版本亮点和南亚区域用户偏好,与当地创作者共同制作创意内容,利用PR媒介和平台合作,撬动资源,使口碑和活跃有效提升;
1. 3年及以上手游产品完整的发行运营工作经验, MOBA/动作/休闲品类优先;2. 热爱游戏,对海外MOBA/动作/休闲类游戏市场和用户有足够的了解;3. 具备良好的沟通合作能力,有动作类产品,休闲产品经验优先;4. 英语流利能做为工作语言,能够与区域本地发行同事进行高效沟通。
