Now, our top-performing Solitaire studio is on the hunt for a Game Economy Manager — someone with sharp analytical skills and a deep understanding of game systems, ready to fine-tune the balance that keeps players engaged and coming back for more.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and tune the economic of resources & currencies using data analysis and simulations.
• Define guidelines of resources management (inbound & outbound) across company departments to control & optimize economy inflation.
• Design the user path & features from economic aspects.
• Plan & analyze complex A/B tests to optimize new and existing features.
• Be an essential part of the thinking & decision-making process for the company roadmap.

Requirements

• B.A. / B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or an equivalent background.
• Proven experience in a Game Economy / Product / Monetization Analysis role within the gaming industry – A must.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R – A big advantage.
• Experience utilizing AI tools and LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to streamline data analysis, scripting, and research – An advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, and a passion for crafting rewarding game experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
