What You’ll Be Working On

• Dive into gameplay data to uncover trends, opportunities, and unexpected patterns
• Model and fine-tune in-game economies and systems that impact player retention, engagement, and monetization
• Configure internal tools for player segmentation, live ops, campaign management, and feature launches
• Translate data into strategic insights for game designers, product managers, and senior stakeholders
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance monetization, growth, and player satisfaction
• Keep a close eye on product metrics and make data-driven recommendations that move the needle

What You Bring to the Table

• A degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field
• 5+ years of experience in systems design, game economy modeling, or data strategy, ideally in the gaming or tech space
• A knack for working with large datasets and turning complexity into clarity
• Strong communication skills: you can tell a compelling story with data
• Highly self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bonus points if you're a gamer at heart and understand how mechanics influence behavior
