Job Title: Game Developer (Hyper-Casual Games)
Location: Lahore (On-Site)

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Game Developer with a strong background in Hyper-Casual game development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building, optimizing, and launching mobile games while collaborating closely with designers, artists, and product teams to create engaging player experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality Hyper-Casual mobile games using Unity and C#.

• Collaborate with game designers, artists, and producers to implement game mechanics and features.

• Optimize game performance, memory usage, and loading times across mobile devices.

• Integrate third-party SDKs, including analytics, ads, and attribution platforms.

• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle.

• Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code.

• Prototype new gameplay concepts and rapidly iterate based on feedback and data.

• Work closely with the product team to improve game KPIs, retention, and monetization.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of professional experience in Game Development.

• Strong expertise in Unity and C#.

• Proven experience developing and launching Hyper-Casual mobile games.

• Solid understanding of mobile game optimization techniques.

• Experience integrating ad mediation, analytics, and monetization SDKs.

• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.

• Experience with version control systems such as Git.

• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with live game operations and A/B testing.

• Understanding of mobile game monetization strategies and player behavior analytics.

• Experience working on multiple released mobile games.

• Familiarity with Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools.
