Position Type: Part Time
Salary Range: $15.00 - $20.00 Hourly

SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting all aspects of matchday operations for NE Revolution Major League Soccer (MLS) and MLS Next Pro (MLSNP). This role plays an essential part in ensure a professional, seamless, and league-compliant matchday experience for players, coaches, referees, club personnel, and league representatives. Coordinators assist with operational logistics, match preparation, and on-field support to help deliver a high-quality environment consistent with MLS/MLSNP standards.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with all aspects of locker room set up and break down for home and visiting teams.
- Support home and visiting team training staff and match officials with operational needs related to match execution.
- Provide operational sideline support including, coordination with stretcher crew, hydration and equipment protocols,, interaction with MLS match directors, security personnel, inspectors, and league observers.
- Assist with scoreboard operations and monitoring when needed.
- Provide general support to the Soccer Operation staff throughout all matchday activities.
- Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- High School degree or equivalent required.
- Personable and professional in all interactions.
-  Strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure matchday environment.
- Comfortable interfacing with coaches, referees, league officials, and other essential personnel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must work required match standards of at least 13 of 17 regular season matches for the NE Revolution.
- Must work required match standards of at least 10 of 14 MLSNP regular season matches for New England Revolution II.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and committed to supporting the full matchday operations timeline
- Previous sports operations or event operations experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as dictated by match schedules.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
- The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
- The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 45 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
