As we continue to grow, we are now looking for a Game Artist to join our Creative Marketing team.
As a Game Artist, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end production of high impact marketing content by integrating Blender modeling, Unity Timeline, and AI driven prototyping to create optimised, scroll-stopping visual sequences. Mentor junior talent in advanced art methodologies and conceptual development to transform rough briefs into polished, production ready cinematic exports.
This is a permanent role based in our Bangalore studio, where our daily in-office collaboration fuels creativity and innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Cinematic Production: Utilise advanced proficiency in Unity-specifically Timeline, Cinemachine, and lighting—to create cinematic sequences.
• 3D Content Creation: Build and animate specialised assets in Blender needed to make new ad concepts a reality.
• AI Asset Integration: Apply proven experience in prompt engineering to generate AI assets )textures, concepts, or 3D aids) to accelerate production workflows.
• Ad Hook Innovation: Design high-end renders and 3D setups optimised for social media ads and digital platforms to drive conversion led storytelling.
• Technical Artistry: Troubleshoot art issues from both creative and technical standpoints while ensuring all team members are working efficiently.
• Strategic Inputs: Provide insight into the strategic role of 3D art in marketing, presenting new concepts for working to producers and senior managers.
• Team Leadership: Act as the direct report for junior 3D art team members, handling their personal performance development and skill growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative Studio Lead, producers, and developers to maximise the commercial success of the games and company.

Requirements:

• Advanced Utility Skills: Expertise in Unity Timeline, Cinemachine and ligting setups.
• Blender Proficiency: Mastery of modeling, texturing, and rendering.
• AI Integration: Experience with AI tools for rapid prototyping and asset generation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Unity's Shader Graph or VFX Graph.
• Knowledge of traditional video editing and motion graphics (After Effects).
• Previous experience in a high-growth gaming or mobile advertising environment.
