Location: Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Full-time |

Monday 8am - 4.30pm

Tuesday - Thursday 8am - 4pm

Friday 7am - 3pm

£13.03 - £13.66 per hour + Shift Premiums + Annual Bonus

What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be involved in every step of the galvanizing journey - helping to protect steel products used across the UK and beyond.

• Preparing and securing steel products to jigs for galvanizing

• Operating overhead cranes (training provided)

• Dipping steel into molten zinc to protect against corrosion

• Finishing and inspecting products for top-quality standards

• Ensuring your work area remains clean, organised, and safe

Whether you're in the jigging area, working at the galvanizing baths, or finishing in the fettling bay, you’ll be part of a crucial process that keeps the UK’s infrastructure strong and rust-free.

What We're Looking For:

We’re looking for positive, hands-on team players who aren’t afraid of a bit of heavy lifting and who enjoy getting stuck in.

✅ Willingness to work in a manual, physical environment
✅ Team spirit and good communication skills
✅ Reliability and a focus on safety
✅ Previous experience in manufacturing or galvanizing is a plus – but not essential
