1. Completes quality work of global USA contract/Non-USA rate agreement regulatory, system and customer filing as per filing request and prepare contract boilerplate as per working procedure.
2. Builds a good understanding of freight composition, knowledge and familiar to use systems and tools, clarify unclear filing requests with country sales/KA managers, perform and cooperate with quality control in order to achieve SLA.
3.Establishes good communication with manager and team, follow the guidelines, complete the assignments, assist peers, share information and report any special case in time in order toachieve the Global Agreement Center targets.
