$18-$20 an hour

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 / 9:00-5:30

Summary:

Gabberts Design Studio and Fine Furniture is known for our reputation for design, quality products, and customer service. The legacy continues as we are looking for an energetic, detail oriented, customer focused Customer Service Coordinator to deliver superior service to our customers for years to come. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule located in our beautiful Bloomington location.

Responsibilities:

• Provide a high level of customer service to our customers while navigating through a variety of service issues.
• Build a heightened customer experience by building relationships with our customers while working through the issue at hand.
• Actively problem solve with sales staff, vendors, delivery and operations staff and then take the necessary actions to resolve on the customers behalf.
• Actively work service order reports to ensure efficient and effective communication to vendors and customers to prevent aged service orders.
• Keep up to date with vendors and product knowledge.
• Schedule deliveries, pick-ups, and service technician appointments.
• Look up customer accounts, provide detailed notes, and communicate accurate and precise information
• Effectively navigate internal inventory and purchase order screens
• Provide support for delivery personnel and in home service technicians
• Work and communicate cross functionally on improvements to current systems, policies, and procedures to enhance customer experience
• Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced working environment
• Complete all other work or projects as assigned by management
• Represent all of the HOM Core Values on a consistent basis.

Requirements

Education: Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.

Experience: One year of related customer service experience.

Physical Demands: Low physical demands required. The employee is regularly required to sit for sustained periods of time and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.

Other: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
