About the Role:Join Discovery Point - Old Peachtree as a Ga Pre-K Lead Teacher and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment. We are looking for a passionate educator who is committed to fostering a love for learning in our Pre-K students.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with Georgia Pre-K standards.
• Create a warm, welcoming classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration and creativity.
• Assess and monitor student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student development.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance curriculum and classroom activities.
• Maintain a safe and organized classroom environment.
• Incorporate play-based learning and hands-on activities to promote active engagement.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Valid Georgia teaching certification in Early Childhood Education.
• Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Passion for early childhood education and child development.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Willingness to collaborate and be part of a dynamic teaching team.
