The GA Development Senior Executive is responsible for supporting the coordination of business planning, performance tracking, and GA development program execution under the guidance of the direct manager and within the overall agency distribution strategy.
The role supports data consolidation, maintains consistency of planning information across relevant platforms, tracks GA performance against plans, and helps identify gaps or issues for management review.
This role provides operational, reporting, and coordination support while building business understanding and functional capability for future progression into broader managerial roles.

Chuyên viên Cấp cao Phát triển GA chịu trách nhiệm hỗ trợ điều phối công tác lập kế hoạch kinh doanh, theo dõi hiệu quả hoạt động và triển khai các chương trình phát triển GA theo định hướng của quản lý trực tiếp và trong tổng thể chiến lược phát triển kênh Agency.
Vị trí hỗ trợ tổng hợp dữ liệu, duy trì sự nhất quán của thông tin kế hoạch trên các nền tảng liên quan, theo dõi tình hình thực hiện của GA so với kế hoạch, và hỗ trợ nhận diện các khoảng cách hoặc vấn đề cần được quản lý xem xét.
Vị trí đóng vai trò hỗ trợ vận hành, báo cáo và điều phối triển khai, đồng thời tích lũy năng lực chuyên môn và hiểu biết kinh doanh để phát triển lên các vai trò có phạm vi quản lý cao hơn trong tương lai.

Job Responsibilities Phạm vi công việc:

A. GA Program Enablement & Execution Support

• Reporting & Tracking / Báo cáo & theo dõi
  Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports on progress, performance, and activities of Executive+ and other GA Development programs; set up and maintain tracking systems (Excel, Power BI, shared dashboards) for KPIs, milestones, participation status, and outcomes.
  Chuẩn bị các báo cáo định kỳ và đột xuất về tiến độ, kết quả và hoạt động của chương trình Executive+ và các chương trình Phát triển GA khác; thiết lập và duy trì hệ thống theo dõi (Excel, Power BI, dashboard dùng chung) cho KPIs, mốc tiến độ, mức độ tham gia và kết quả chương trình.
• System & Calculation Setup / Thiết lập hệ thống & tính toán
  Support the setup, maintenance, and documentation of calculation logic and data structures used for program tracking and evaluation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and auditability of data across reports.
  Hỗ trợ thiết lập, duy trì và tài liệu hóa logic tính toán và cấu trúc dữ liệu phục vụ theo dõi và đánh giá chương trình, đảm bảo dữ liệu chính xác, nhất quán và có thể rà soát khi cần.

• Program Communication & Coordination / Điều phối & truyền thông chương trình
  Coordinate program-related communications including timelines, instructions, schedules, and reminders; support preparation of program materials, decks, and summaries under the direction of GA Development Senior Manager to ensure consistent and timely information flow.
  Điều phối truyền thông liên quan đến chương trình như timeline, hướng dẫn, lịch trình và thông báo nhắc việc; hỗ trợ chuẩn bị tài liệu, slide và báo cáo tổng hợp theo định hướng của GA Development Senior Manager nhằm đảm bảo thông tin rõ ràng, kịp thời và nhất quán.
• Business Activation & Logistics / Kích hoạt kinh doanh & hậu cần
  Support planning, coordination, and logistics for workshops, bootcamps, meetings, and business activation activities under Executive+ and other GA Development programs; track attendance, completion, and post-program follow-up actions.
  Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch, điều phối và tổ chức hậu cần cho workshop, bootcamp, cuộc họp và các hoạt động kích hoạt kinh doanh thuộc Executive+ và các chương trình Phát triển GA khác; theo dõi danh sách tham dự, mức độ hoàn thành và các hành động follow‑up sau chương trình.
• B. GA Business Planning & Performance Management

• Support and coordinate key activities in the GA business planning cycle, including target input collection, phasing preparation, tracking updates, and document consolidation, in alignment with guidance from the GA Development Program Lead and Agency distribution priorities. Maintain consistency of GA targets, assumptions, and tracking information across relevant platforms such as dashboards, reporting files, and program tools. Track GA performance against agreed plans and highlight variances for further review by management.

  C. Performance Analysis & Corrective Action

  Assist in preparing structured performance analysis on GA results and program conversion, including data cleaning, trend checking, comparison against agreed KPIs, and summary preparation. Help identify observable gaps, lagging indicators, or potential execution risks based on available data, and escalate key findings to the manager for validation. Support the follow-up and tracking of agreed corrective actions once decisions have been made.

Job Requirements Yêu cầu

• 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực Agency Distribution, hỗ trợ hiệu suất bán hàng, điều phối chương trình, báo cáo hoặc vận hành kinh doanh
• Có kinh nghiệm thực tiễn về vận hành agency toàn diện bao gồm báo cáo hiệu suất, tuyển dụng, kích hoạt và quản lý kinh doanh
• Có kinh nghiệm tham gia hỗ trợ triển khai các sáng kiến hoặc chương trình phát triển agency như Executive
• Có tiềm năng phát triển chuyên môn và từng bước mở rộng phạm vi trách nhiệm trong tương lai
• Tư duy phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt, có khả năng chuyển hóa dữ liệu thành hành động cụ thể
• Khả năng thích ứng cao và làm việc đa chức năng
• Am hiểu vận hành agency và quản lý nhịp độ hoạt động đội ngũ
• Tinh thần trách nhiệm tốt, cẩn thận, chủ động trong phạm vi công việc được phân công và có định hướng cải tiến
• Kỹ năng giao tiếp và quản lý stakeholder hiệu quả

• 3–5 years of experience in Agency Distribution, sales performance support, program coordination, reporting, or business operations
• Strong exposure to end-to-end agency operations including performance reporting, recruitment, activation, and business management
• Experience supporting the execution of agency development initiatives or programs such as Executive+
• Potential to build functional expertise and gradually expand scope of responsibility over time
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• High adaptability and ability to work across multiple functions and priorities
• Solid understanding of agency operations and salesforce management cadence
• Good accountability, attention to detail, proactiveness within assigned scope, and continuous improvement orientation
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
