Cloud HCM Consultant (SAP SucessFactors/Oracle Fusion/Workday)

We are seeking an experienced Cloud HCM Consultant to join our team and drive our HR digital transformation initiatives. In this critical role, you will provide expert guidance on HCM cloud solutions, lead implementation projects, and ensure successful deployment of HR technologies that align with our organisational objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in modernising our HCM landscape, optimising user experience, and leveraging cloud technologies to streamline HR processes. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a vital role in delivering innovative HR solutions.

What you will be doing

• Assess/Implement cloud-based HCM solutions
• Conduct comprehensive business analysis to understand client requirements and translate them into effective HCM system configurations
• Design and configure HCM cloud platforms to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience
• Develop detailed implementation plans, project timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for HCM deployments
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions with stakeholders to gather requirements, demonstrate system capabilities, and ensure user adoption
• Conduct thorough testing of HCM configurations, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing coordination
• Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget
• Document system configurations, processes, and best practices to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability
• Stay current with HCM cloud platform updates, new features, and industry best practices to recommend continuous improvements

What we are looking for

• 7+ years of experience in HR systems implementation, including both cloud-based and on-premise solutions. Experience on Cloud HCM and handson-configuration (SAP SuccessFactor, Workday or Oracle) a must
• High proficiency in analysing business requirements and translating them into system functionality
• Experience in full-cycle HCM implementation projects for large enterprises
• Proficiency in configuring HCM systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in major HCM Cloud platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday)
• Demonstrated experience applying product management principles in a software or enterprise system context will be an advantage
