David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the dealing operations and managing the risk associated with trading activities in the forex financial company.

Position: FX Sales Trainee Conversion German Speaking

Location: UAE, Dubai

Employment type: Full-time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Contact potential clients and convert leads into active trading customers
• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships to support retention and loyalty
• Apply sales techniques to maximise client acquisition and trading volume
• Educate clients on trading platforms, financial products, and market trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and high-quality customer experience
• Support client onboarding and guide users through the FX trading journey
• Drive revenue growth through active sales and conversion activities
• Maintain professional communication with clients across all touchpoints.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native German C2
• Proven sales experience in any industry (FX, finance, or high-performance sales preferred)
• strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, ambitious, and performance-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Strong willingness to learn and develop sales expertise
• Experience in FX, financial services, or trading environments
• Understanding of financial markets and trading platforms
• Experience in outbound sales or lead conversion roles
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
