We're on the hunt for a Mandarin-speaking FX Sales Retention Agent to join a dynamic Dubai team, nurturing client relationships and driving long-term growth! 📈🔥

🎯 What You'll Be Doing

• 📢 Promote FX & CFD products and services to prospective and existing clients

• 🤝 Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive retention and account growth

• 💼 Convert high-quality leads into active, loyal trading clients

• 📈 Grow upsell and cross-sell opportunities across client portfolios

• 🌟 Deliver consistent, high-level customer service across the full client lifecycle

• 📰 Stay current on financial markets, trading conditions, and product updates

• 🏆 Consistently hit defined sales and retention targets

✅ What We're Looking For

• 🇨🇳 Native or fluent Mandarin, spoken and written

• 💹 Mandatory previous experience in FX & CFD

• 📞 Prior experience in a Retention role within a Forex/CFD brokerage

• 🗣️ Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills

• ⚡ Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

• 🔢 Strong numerical and analytical thinking skills

• 💻 Computer literate with good CRM and office tool awareness

• 🤝 Strong communication and relationship management skills

• 🌍 Experience working with international brokerage teams

• 🖥️ Familiarity with trading platforms and financial markets

• 📂 Experience managing client portfolios in a sales or retention setting
