We're looking for a driven, Tagalog-speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to join their dynamic Dubai team and turn high-quality leads into loyal, active traders! 📈🔥
📢 Promote the company's Forex & CFD products and services to prospective clients
💼 Convert high-quality leads into active trading clients through consultative sales
🤝 Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
📈 Maximise conversion rates and spot opportunities for future sales
🌟 Deliver top-tier customer service throughout the client journey
📰 Stay current on financial markets, trading products, and industry trends
🏆 Hit individual sales targets & KPIs while staying compliant with company standards
🇵🇭 Native or fluent Tagalog, written and spoken
💹 Mandatory previous experience in Forex & CFD
📞 Previous experience in a Conversion or Retention sales role within Forex/CFD
🗣️ Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
💻 Computer literate with solid knowledge of standard office applications
⚡ Comfortable in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
🔢 Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
