Join us as an FX Sales Associate in NatWest Markets Financial Institutions

  • In this role, you'll support the delivery of our full Foreign Exchange (FX) product suite to financial institution clients across both our voice and digital channels
  • This position offers significant exposure to a broad client base and strong professional development opportunities within an experienced and collaborative sales environment in both channels

What you’ll do

As an FX Sales Associate, you'll partner cloesly with specialist sales and trading teams and product experts to expand NatWest's foreign exchange engagement across the financial institution client base.

You'll deliver high-quality market insights, thematic content, and trade ideas, whilst providing consistent client coverage across the FinTech, PSP, Asset Mannagement, and Hedge Fund sectors. In doing so, you'll help ensure a coordinated, proactive, and client-centric coverage model across the wider Group franchise, strengthening NatWest's strategic positioning and deepening client relationships.

In addition to this, you'll:

  • Identify, understand, and align client needs with approved products and tailored FX solutions, collaborating with stakeholders across NatWest Markets and the broader bank
  • Support the maintenance of a rigorous and effective risk and control environment
  • Drive a strong client focus across businss strategy, communication, and day-to-day engagement
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance cross-product penetration and deliver a unified sales experience

The skills you'll need

To be successful in this role, you'll need sales experience within a markets business, ideally covering institutional clients, and strong product knowledge across FX derivatives, including executing vanilla and structured options. You'll have a proven ability to deliver high-quality client communication and maintain strong customer relationships.
