Job Title: Trade Enabler, FX Derivatives Structuring

Corporate Title: Analyst/ Senior Analyst / Associate

Location: Mumbai

We trade the full spectrum of FX derivatives products from the most liquid to the most complex. We trade all currencies, including G10, emerging markets and precious metals, in all tenors from one day to 10 years. We leverage the information contained in our franchise and the edge provided by our technology platforms to offer deeper liquidity and a wider range of products to our customers, and to extract value from the market. To complement our market making activities, there is a very strong quantitative emphasis to our risk taking, risk management and product offering.

Candidate will be a part of Global Structuring Team and will work with Structuring, Sales and Trading teams to deliver bespoke solutions to clients’ hedging / investment requirements. Team will deal in asset classes such as Foreign Exchange, Rates, Hybrids, Credit and Equity. The team engages in end-to-end deal modelling that involves pricing of structured payoffs, suggesting and marketing trade ideas to sales/clients and prepare relevant documentation.

Your key responsibilities

• Working with key stakeholders to deliver structured solutions across asset classes.
• Work closely with Sales and Trading teams to develop bespoke multi-asset structured solutions for investment and hedging purposes.
• Strong understanding of Structured Product Market and Competing Products in Industry.
• Manage relationships with Sales, Trading, Control functions and other corporate functions on behalf of the team.
• Drive discussions and projects to design and build robust analytical toolsets – efficient, reusable and scalable solutions for daily business ‘reporting’ and ‘monitoring’ requirements.
• Staying up-to-date with latest industry trends to ensure the team provides best-in-class solutions to clients.
• Self-drive to identify gaps and strengthen current processes and controls.
• Comfort with technology to the extent of helping manage / design automation infrastructure

Your skills :

• Team player with strong communication skills and attention to details
• Intellectually curious, and ready to work under pressure
• Strong academic background with degree in Maths / Engineering / Science / Stats etc.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Preference for candidates comfortable with Python and SQL. Experience in other programming languages such as C++, Java, Matlab or R can be considered.
• Experience in data visualization software such as Tableau is a plus
