About the Job

Xendit is looking for a FX dealer to join the FX team to help expand the cross-border payments business. The scope of this role covers conducting FX trades by working with our liquidity providers and merchants. In addition the candidate will be responsible for working with partnerships and financial operations to manage our Forex floats, optimize operational flows, and improve our bank relationships.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in banks or financial institutions, with a focus on forex transactions
  • Strong commercial mindset and enthusiasm for working on high-stakes deals
  • Detail-oriented and composed, capable of thriving in fast-paced situations
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Effective interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Comfortable with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Google Sheets, SQL, Looker)

Responsibilities

Execute Xendit’s Day-to-Day FX Trade and Operations

  • Manage and execute cross-border transactions with regional clients and banks in Southeast Asia
  • Ensure accuracy and efficiency in forex trading activities to maximize profitability
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to deliver exceptional service

Collaborate with Regional teams to achieve and exceed revenue goals

  • Develop strategies to identify and capitalise on profitable trading opportunities

Collaborate with Internal and External Stakeholders

  • Work closely with the sales team to promote and sell FX services to clients
  • Solve complex problems by working across product, sales, legal, and compliance teams

Maintain and Update Reports related to FX deals, policies, and procedures

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
