Short description

Join World’s leading bank and being a member of Futures and Options Execution Sales team in the front office. You will be a sales trader to execute listed futures and options trades. Providing support for sales activities and able to serve client with valuable market information.

Posting description

You will be working closely with your team members onshore and offshore closely and servicing our clients Globally. You will follow client instructions and executing client orders; at the same time providing China market intel and knowledge to service our clients Globally. At the same time you will be rotating in between different work shifts covering all China market hours (Day, T+1 sessions). You will also be working together with seniors, clearing sales or even bankers in pitching new clients, providing trading solutions.

You will also be monitoring electronic trading flows from systems and able to identify issues related to DMA, care or algo flows.

/ Responsibilities:

  • Be able to follow clients’ order instruction to execute the order quickly and accurately.

  • Well manage client’s accounts activities day-to day.

  • Provide clients with the latest exchange margin requirement, related research reports, market news and data.

  • End to end handle client’s requirements.

  • Customer relationship maintenance and discover new revenue opportunities.

  • Monitoring electronic trading flows

  • Able to led and guide juniors for sales engagement as well as on day-to-day desk activities.

  • Provide timely feedbacks to the desk head on potential issue or potential need for desk operation.

Required Qualifications / capabilities, and skills:

  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Hold Futures Qualification Certificate.
  • Minimum 7years experiences of desk dealer experiences.

  • Have experience of servicing institutional clients.
  • Strong domain knowledge of futures & options market.
  • Well experienced at maintaining customer relationships.

  • Bachelor degree or above.

Preferred Qualifications / Capabilities and skills:

  • Good team work mentality
  • Familiar with Bloomberg functionalities.
  • Understanding of international desk trading flows
  • Knowledge of FIX connectivity
