Job Description

Flight Centre Collection is looking for Future Team Leader for our Luxury Queensland team, in one of the fastest growing departments in FCTG. If you have a passion for the finer things in life while travelling, delivering customer service that is second to none, and helping your loyal clientele to experience the world in five-star comfort, you’ll fit right into our Luxury Travel team.

As a Future Team Leader, you'll be the driving force behind our sales success, motivating your team to achieve new heights and contributing to key performance indicators. Supporting the Team Leader, you will be responsible for driving the success and growth of both the business and the people within it - empowering them to thrive, stay connected, and deliver exceptional service.

Our growing Flight Centre Luxury teams are evolving to meet the increasing desire for flexibility. To meet the demands of a changing market and create greater flexibility for our business and teams, we are expanding on the success of our existing remote businesses and we are looking for a Remote/Hybrid Future Team Leader for our Luxury Queensland team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team into the next phase of our journey while working from wherever inspires you most - work from home, in our global head office or both.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all OBW Business and Operating systems
  • Meeting shop Budget and P&L expectations
  • Coaching and developing team members
  • Providing vision and motivation for the team
  • Maintaining an overall positive team environment
