What to Expect

Ten en cuenta: Este puesto de prácticas de 12 meses se ofrece bajo un Contrato Formativo para la Obtención de la Práctica Profesional. Debes cumplir con los requisitos legales de este tipo de contrato para ser elegible para este programa.

Como nuevo/a integrante del Future Talent Traineeship Program de Tesla, jugarás un papel clave en nuestra misión de "construir un mundo de amazing abundance", y formarás parte de la próxima generación de talento Tesla.

Con este programa te ofrecemos la posibilidad de conocer de primera mano los principales roles de entrada que ofrecemos en Tesla, con el acompañamiento de mentores expertos del sector, que te apoyarán en todo momento.

Actualmente ofrecemos hasta 6 plazas para el programa en las siguientes ubicaciones de España:

• Madrid
• Málaga
• Barcelona
• Valencia
• Sevilla
• Bilbao

Importante: la última fase del proceso de selección para este programa será una evaluación presencial engrupo, que se celebrará a finales de agosto de 2026.

What You’ll Do

Esta es tu oportunidad de unirte a nuestro programa interno acelerado, donde vivirás una experiencia práctica, desafiante y estimulante al rotar por todos nuestros departamentos clave. Tu avance y desempeño serán evaluados en cada etapa, proporcionándote las herramientas y habilidades esenciales para triunfar, además de permitirte seguir desarrollándote profesionalmente más allá del periodo de 12 meses.

Como parte de este programa único, tendrás la oportunidad de experimentar todas nuestras funciones principales. Aunque este formato podría cambiar según las necesidades del negocio, los departamentos clave que puedes esperar vivir incluyen:

• Ventas: Acompañarás y asesorarás a clientes durante el proceso de compra inicial.
• Entregas de Vehículos: Apoyarás en nuestro centro de entregas más cercano para asegurar una experiencia de entrega inolvidable.
• Operaciones Regionales: Verás todo lo que ocurre “detrás de bambalinas” para garantizar una experiencia de cliente perfecta.
• Rotación de Libre Elección: La última fase del programa, personalizada según tus intereses y tu posible futuro rol en Tesla.

Pero, esto no acaba aquí. Junto a nuestro equipo de liderazgo, con un enfoque personal, y dependiendo de tu rendimiento, podrás definir tu trayectoria profesional dentro de Tesla. Al finalizar el programa, tendrás la oportunidad de aplicar internamente a cualquier vacante disponible que se ajuste a tus habilidades y aspiraciones.

What You’ll Bring

• Haber finalizado oficialmente tu titulación universitaria, formación profesional superior o equivalente (preferentemente en Estrategia Comercial, Negocios, Marketing y Publicidad, Transporte y Logística o Automoción) en los últimos 3 años (o 5 años en el caso de personas con discapacidad reconocida).
• Dominio completo del español (oral y escrito).
• Nivel mínimo B1 (Intermedio) de inglés.
• Carnet de conducir válido en España o en la UE
• Ganas de formar parte de un programa exigente, dinámico y con rotación entre departamentos
• Habilidades de comunicación excelentes, tanto oral como escrito
• Una actitud amable y abierta, con capacidad para mantener la confidencialidad en todo momento.
• Gran capacidad organizativa, adaptabilidad y orientación a la resolución de problemas.
• Profesionalidad y capacidad para representar a Tesla y reflejar sus valores de manera ejemplar
• Flexibilidad para viajar habitualmente a otros centros o eventos de Tesla, incluyendo posibles desplazamientos recurrentes a tu centro más cercano durante algunas rotaciones (dependiente de las necesidades tu centro de trabajo y rotación actual)
• Es imprescindible no cursando estudios de tiempo completo cuando comience el programa (actualmente tampoco podemos contratar a estudiantes que estén realizando un año sabático).
• Si su título fue obtenido fuera de España, tenga en cuenta que debe poseer el certificado oficial de homologación o equivalencia (homologación/equivalencia) del Ministerio de Universidades de España antes de su fecha de inicio.

Please note: This 12-month Trainee position is offered under a Spanish Professional Practice Contract (Contrato formativo para la obtención de la práctica profesional). You must meet the legal requirements of this contract type to be eligible for this program.

Please note the final stage of this recruitment process will be an in-person group assessment day (hosted at select locations) in late-August 2026.

This is your chance to enrol onto our in-house fast-track programme schedule, providing you with a challenging, yet exciting, hands-on opportunity to rotate around all our core departments. Your progression & performance will be reviewed at each key department rotation, equipping you with all the tools & skills required to succeed, and allowing you to further grow and develop your skills beyond the 12-month programme.

As part of this single fast-track programme, you’ll have the opportunity to experience all our following core business functions. Whilst this format may change be subject to business needs, the core departments you can expect to experience include:

• Sales: Supporting & educating customers during their initial purchase journey.
• Vehicle Delivery: Travel to your closest Tesla Delivery hub to ensure customers have an exceptional vehicle collection experience
• Regional Operations: Peek behind the scenes & see what goes into providing a seamless customer experience.
• Elective Rotation: The final phase of the program. Choose a rotation that correlates with your passion & potential future career post-programme.

But it doesn't end here. Alongside our leadership team, with a personalized approach and depending on your performance, you will be able to define your career path within Tesla. At the end of the program, you will have the opportunity to apply internally to any available vacancy that aligns with your skills and aspirations.

Requirements

• Have officially completed your university degree, higher vocational training or equivalent in Commercial Strategy, Business, Marketing and Advertising, Transport, Logistics, Automotive or closely related field within the last 3 years (or 5 years for those with a recognized disability).
• Valid Spain or EU driver's license.
• Complete fluency in Spanish (please note the interview process and training programme will be entirely conducted in Spanish).
• Minimum B1 (Intermediate) proficiency in English.
• Eager to embrace a fast-paced multi-departmental programme with unyielding enthusiasm
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A friendly, open demeanour with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• An excellent multi-tasker with proven problem-solving abilities
• Ability to maintain professionalism and always represent Tesla in a positive manner
• Willingness to travel to different Tesla locations and/or events on a regular basis (please note you may be required to commute to your closest available Tesla hub as part of your delivery rotation)
• Not be in full-time education when the programme starts (we are also currently unable to hire gap year students)
• If your degree was obtained outside of Spain, please note you must hold the official certificate of homologation or equivalence (homologación/equivalencia) from the Spanish Ministry of Universities prior to your start date.
