Start Your Career at Noble Foods
Future Talent Programme - October 2026 start
We're not looking for a perfect CV. We're looking for people with the right attitude, who are curious, who want to learn, and who are ready to build a genuine career with a leading agri-food business. If that's you, your education level, grades, or work history don't matter to us, we'll teach you the rest.
Curiosity and motivation, more than anything else, is what we're looking for.
The Noble Foods Future Talent programme is a 22 month early careers programme launching October 2026. You'll join a small cohort of six trainees, inducted and learning together, on one of three dedicated pathways.
Three Pathways
Operations
Based around Lincoln with rotations across Lincoln, Leicester and Gainsborough. For anyone who wants to forge a career in operations, from the shop floor to shift management and beyond. Full driving licence required, this is a multi site role.
Agriculture
Based across our own farms, the majority of which are in the middle and north of England. For anyone drawn to a career in agriculture and food production, from farm management to producer performance. Full driving licence required, this is a multi site role.
Open
Starts with an extended shadowing period, giving you a genuine feel for the breadth of roles an agri-food business like ours offers, before moving into two longer placements matched to business need and, wherever possible, your own interests. Agriculture, technology and operations are current future skills priorities, but our needs keep evolving, so exactly what's on offer will depend on where the business is when the placements start. Full driving licence required, this is a multi site role.
What You'll Get
● A starting salary of £30,000, rising in four milestone linked steps to £34,000 by graduation
● Towards the end of your programme, we'll work with you to match your skills and interests against the permanent role opportunities available at graduation
● Real rotations and real responsibility, not just shadowing, building toward acting supervisory experience
● A shared cohort of six trainees learning together every three months, plus your own dedicated pathway
● Structured coaching, mentoring, and formal training throughout
What We're Looking For
No degree. No specific qualifications. No previous industry experience needed. We're looking for attitude and behaviours, not certificates. In practice, that means:
● A genuine curiosity about how an agri-food business works, and a desire to learn
● A willingness and motivation to get stuck in, ask questions, and put yourself forward for new challenges
● The resilience to work in a fast paced, hands on environment
● A collaborative attitude, and respect for the people you work alongside
● A full, valid driving licence, all three pathways involve multi site travel

Tell us why you want to join Noble Foods, and what kind of career you're hoping to build, we'll take it from there.
