Our Future Talent Programme (Leadership Track) is a 1.5-year program that will develop your leadership skills and broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Production engineer will close work with production process team members and shopfloor employees (operators), build strong problem-solving skills and people management skills, continue drive the improvement to achieve the factory KPIs target.
