Job Summary

Start your career development and become Tetra Pak’s next Future Talent! We are looking for highly motivated newly graduates to join us in 2027!

Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization.

During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

We are looking for talented and highly motivated new graduates to join our team and become the next generation of engineers and leaders in our industry.

What you will do

Travel to customer sites to:

  • Deliver process design specification and drawings on BPUs and lines.
  • Provide support in process design areas to other areas like sales, Issue resolution, PLC and PC.
  • Communicate with order team on status and changes in orders.
  • Breakdown and plan the project into phases and fulfill the plan and project milestones in time and in full according to budget.
  • Drive productivity in project through utilization of re-useable solutions, std component list and processes.
  • Manage scope changes and propose variation orders (VO´s).
  • Perform lessons learned and providing input to improvement or development of processes, templates and tools.

We believe you have

  • You have finished and are about to finish (in 2027) your Food Science or Engineering bachelor’s or master’s Degree studies.
  • Food technology and interest in liquid food & processing systems.
  • You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive.
  • You are a true team player with good communication skills.
  • You can work independently and apply what you’ve learnt into practice.
  • You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • A growth mindset, indicating a willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
