Job Summary

Our Future Talent Programme (Leadership Track) is a 1.5-year program that will develop your leadership skills and broad business knowledge in a truly international environment. Every year, new graduates around the globe start their careers at Tetra Pak and have the chance to make a difference and influence our company’s development. You will work in various parts of Tetra Pak, gain valuable & exciting experience from a network of colleagues worldwide, and be given the opportunity to develop into the company’s “tomorrow” leadership.

What you will do

  • Participate in the pre-project phase preparation stage of projects involving dairy, beverage, ice cream, prepared food, and cheese pre-processing equipment.
  • The Food and fermentation microorganisms knowledge is an advantage
  • The beverages, cheese and prepare food knowledge is an advantage
  • Collaborate with the sales team to collect customer needs and relevant information and provide solutions to customers.
  • Coordinate internal and external team resources to ensure the overall project plan is comprehensive and accurate.
  • Select the optimal technical solution.
  • Be responsible for the technical parameters of the food processing system, including flowcharts, equipment lists and function descriptions, etc
  • Prepare detailed bidding materials, project cost or budgets.
  • Participate in customer visits and presentations together with the sales team.

We believe you have

  • Master’s degree in food science and engineering or related majors.
  • Familiarity with food technology and automation professional knowledge is preferred.
  • CET-6 or above, with good English communication skills and proficient in using office software
  • Be proactive and positive at work, and possess a spirit of teamwork
  • Good communication skills and a down-to-earth working spirit, with a passion for technical work
  • Willing to delve into problem-solving, and able to self-motivate to achieve goals.
