Job Summary

What you will do

• Electrical hardware design: Responsible for electrical schematic design, hardware layout design, electrical component selection, and related engineering tasks.
• Analyze, design, and develop PLC programs and upper-level computer applications based on Siemens TIA Portal, Step7,
• Wonderware InTouch, Rockwell Studio 5000, and other automation software platforms.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of automation systems and intelligent manufacturing software platforms, including production automation systems, data acquisition systems, data governance systems, business management platforms,
• API management platforms, and user management platforms, covering functional design, development, deployment, and optimization.
• Responsible for industrial data acquisition and interface service development, using Python, databases, and related development technologies to collect, clean, transform, and store equipment operation data and business data, as well as develop system integration interfaces to ensure stable data transmission.
• Participate in on-site debugging and troubleshooting of automation systems, including production environment deployment, system configuration, equipment data integration, operation monitoring, log analysis, and issue resolution, ensuring stable operation of automation systems.
• Responsible for automation process optimization and data processing tool development, developing data processing scripts, automation tools, and auxiliary applications according to production requirements to improve data processing efficiency and operational efficiency.
• Provide technical support for workshop and customer site projects, including system deployment, functional verification, issue analysis, and technical troubleshooting during project implementation.
• Provide remote technical support to domestic and overseas field service engineers for automation-related issues.
• Provide technical support to the sales support team during the project bidding phase, including technical solution preparation and project-related documentation support.
• Responsible for technical documentation preparation, including API documentation, database design documents, system deployment manuals, user operation manuals, test reports, and other related technical documents.

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Electrical Automation, Mechatronics, Computer Science, Electronic Information Engineering, or other related engineering disciplines.
• Experience in automation systems, industrial digitalization platforms, or business system development. Familiar with software development processes and proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Python, C/C++, C#, Java, etc. Experience in web backend development, familiar with frameworks such as Flask or Django, and capable of designing, developing, and integrating RESTful APIs.
• Familiar with API management platform technologies, including API lifecycle management, API registration, authentication and authorization, interface testing, and API documentation maintenance.
• Experience in developing user management platforms or permission management systems, with knowledge of user authentication, role management, access control, organization management, and related system functions.
• Familiar with database technologies, proficient in SQL, and experienced with databases such as MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc. Able to perform database queries, optimization, data processing, and database maintenance.
• Experience in data acquisition, data cleaning, data transformation, and ETL process development, with the ability to integrate multi-source business data and provide data services.
• Have a good understanding of automation control systems, including PLC systems, industrial control systems, equipment communication protocols, and industrial data acquisition processes.
• Proficient in Linux systems, server deployment, network fundamentals, and Docker technologies, with hands-on experience in system deployment, operation, and maintenance.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform system debugging, log analysis, fault diagnosis, and on-site technical support.
• Have engineering project experience in intelligent manufacturing, Industrial Internet, digital factories, or manufacturing management systems..
• CET-4 or above, with good English communication skills and proficient computer office skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international projects and able to work under pressure.
• Passionate about technical work, with strong teamwork spirit, communication skills, and collaboration ability.
