
Why your role matters
The Future Students Marketing Lead is a specialist role responsible for leading performance marketing across owned, paid and other channels to support the recruitment of UNSW’s key future student audiences, including domestic undergraduate, domestic postgraduate and international students.
Working within the Future Students Marketing team, this role will help drive the strategy and implementation of full-funnel marketing activity aligned to UNSW’s Lifelong Learner priorities. The position is responsible for the campaigns, tools and processes that underpin marketing operations, including audience insights, data, creative assets, budgets, optimisation and reporting.
The role will collaborate closely across UNSW to ensure marketing programs are delivered to a high standard and achieve strong return on investment. It will also play a key role in ensuring audience-appropriate messaging, brand consistency, creative excellence and the ongoing effectiveness of owned and paid marketing channels.
Reporting to the Head of Future Students Marketing & Content, the Future Students Marketing Lead may also manage a small team of 1–3 direct reports.
