Qualifications:

  • Prior Service Advisor experience preferred
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Sales mindset with a customer-first approach
  • Familiarity with dealership systems and repair order processes is a plus

The California salary pay range for this position is $64,500.00 - $161,800.00. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Sales, Individual Gross Profit, and Individual Manufacturer Approvability, Customer Pay Labor per RO, Flat Rate Hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. And a variety of other benefits.
