Job Description

Launch your global Finance career with Honeywell's Finance Future Leaders (FFL) Program. Starting in Bucharest, you'll gain hands-on experience, work alongside experienced Finance professionals, and take part in a multi-year rotational journey that offers international exposure and accelerated career development opportunities.

As a participant in Honeywell's Finance Future Leaders (FFL) Program, you will embark on a unique four-and-a-half-year journey designed to develop future Finance leaders through challenging assignments, global exposure, and continuous learning.

You will begin your career in Bucharest, Romania, where you will complete your first rotation and gain hands-on experience in a Finance role while building strong analytical, business, and leadership capabilities.

Following your initial assignment, you will complete two additional 18-month rotations within Honeywell's global Finance organization, with opportunities across Europe and the United States. These experiences are designed to broaden your perspective, deepen your financial expertise, and expose you to diverse businesses, markets, and ways of working.

The expected start date for this position is 5 October 2026

Global Rotational Experience

As a Finance Future Leader, you will complete three challenging rotations across Honeywell's Finance organization, gaining exposure to different businesses, functions, and geographies. Rotational opportunities may include areas such as Controllership, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Treasury, Internal Audit, Tax, and other strategic Finance functions. Each assignment is designed to build your expertise, broaden your perspective, and progressively increase your responsibilities.

Leadership Development

The FFL Program is designed to accelerate the development of high-potential Finance talent. Throughout the program, you will benefit from mentorship from senior Finance leaders, structured learning experiences, leadership development opportunities, networking events, and exposure to key business and strategic priorities across Honeywell.

International Mobility

A willingness and ability to relocate internationally is a mandatory requirement of the program. Following your initial rotation in Bucharest, you may complete two additional assignments in other Honeywell locations across Europe and/or the United States. These experiences will provide exposure to diverse markets, business environments, and cultures while helping you develop the adaptability, resilience, and global mindset expected of future Finance leaders.

Meaningful Impact

From day one, you will work on real business challenges, contribute to decision-making processes, and collaborate with teams across the organization. The program offers a unique opportunity to build a broad understanding of Honeywell's businesses while developing strong financial, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field from a Romanian university, graduated no earlier than 202
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills
  • Demonstrated interest in Finance through internships, academic projects, student organizations, or extracurricular activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial systems and tools such as SAP, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability and willingness to relocate internationally as part of the program
  • Eligibility to work in Romania and reside within a commutable distance of our Bucharest office for the initial rotation
