What These Roles Typically Involve

While every client and opportunity is different, most Account Manager roles at BDA involve:

  • Developing and growing relationships with new and existing clients
  • Delivering creative branded merchandise programs that align with a company's brand and campaign goals
  • Serving as a subject matter expert in all things branding and merchandising
  • Managing product pitches, asking the right questions, and onsite/virtual client meetings
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with sales ops, marketing, sourcing, and logistics teams
  • Using Salesforce to manage your pipeline, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Building and executing account strategies that drive growth and impact

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have experience in sales, client management, or branded merchandise
  • Are proactive, curious, and great at asking the right questions
  • Know how to build long-term partnerships through strategy and service
  • Have worked with Fortune 500 clients—or are ready to grow into it
  • Are based near (or open to working near) key client locations
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and forward-thinking environment
  • Are energized by building something meaningful alongside great teammates
