Job Description

Financial controller in the shared services center. Drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support cost optimization and strategic decision-making

  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

  • Involvement in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing and reporting activities

  • Report financial performance to local leadership and parent company

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements

  • Support internal controls and compliance reviews

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field

  • Preferred: Master’s Degree, MBA, CPA, or other advanced degrees

  • 3–5+ years of experience in FP&A, management accounting or controlling

  • Business-level proficiency in English

    SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Accuracy and attention to detail, strong analytical and financial modeling skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and ERP tools

  • Business acumen and time management, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to present insights clearly to stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
