KRA :
1. Implementation and Configuration : Lead or participate in the implementation and configuration of Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module, including setting up manufacturing organizations, defining manufacturing parameters, creating bill of materials (BOM), routings, work definitions, and production schedules.
2. Business Process Analysis : Collaborate with clients to analyze their existing manufacturing processes, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements leveraging Oracle SCM Manufacturing capabilities.
3. System Customization : Customize Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module to meet specific business requirements, such as creating custom reports, user interfaces, and workflows.
4. Integration : Collaborate with technical teams to integrate Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, PLM, and MES, ensuring seamless data flow and process synchronization.
5. Testing and Validation : Develop test plans, conduct system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the implemented Oracle SCM Manufacturing solution.
6. User Training and Support : Provide end-user training on Oracle SCM Manufacturing Module functionality, conduct workshops, and create user documentation. Additionally, offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for users, addressing system issues and providing guidance.
7. Change Management : Support change management activities by assisting clients in adapting to the new system, communicating system changes, and facilitating user adoption.
8. Best Practices and Continuous Improvement : Stay up to date with the latest Oracle SCM Manufacturing trends, best practices, and industry standards. Identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements to improve overall supply chain efficiency and performance.
