NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Funeral Home Manager for Spring Hill Funeral Home in Nashville, TN, a growing location serving more than 450 families each year. This role is designed for a leader who can support funeral directors, strengthen structure, and guide a team with clarity and accountability. You will oversee the funeral home team, ensuring each team member has the coaching, direction, and support needed to deliver exceptional service. Working closely with the Managing Partner of Operations, you will help shape the vision, drive goals, and maintain strong reporting and financial performance.
This is a true management role—ideal for someone ready to step out of directing mode and into leading the overall operation. You’ll serve as a steady partner to the team, stepping in when needed, helping staff grow, and supporting families during difficult moments. Spring Hill’s collaborative culture rewards initiative, values ethical leadership, and empowers managers to make meaningful improvements that elevate both the team experience and the care provided to families.
