Funeral Cover Sales Agent

Location: Bram Fischer Town, Johannesburg
Employment Type: Permanent
Salary: R3,000 – R6,000 basic per month (depending on experience and performance) + attractive performance-based earning opportunities

A growing financial services contact centre is seeking experienced Funeral Cover Sales Agents This opportunity is suited to candidates who have successfully sold funeral policies within a call centre environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 
  Sell funeral cover products to new customers.
• 
  Understand client needs and recommend suitable products.
• 
  Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• 
  Accurately capture customer information.
• 
  Deliver professional customer service throughout the sales process.

Minimum Requirements

• 
  Minimum 6 months' call centre sales experience selling funeral cover products.
• 
  Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• 
  Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• 
  Computer literate.
• 
  Ability to work under pressure.
