Division : EB Operations

The Funds business is a booming business and the industry and especially Fund Settle (Funds Platform at Euroclear) is continuously looking to streamline the process to meet the market and projected growth. In this respect, multiple stimulating projects are ongoing with different departments in touch with the different agents and clients in the world.

Roles & Responsibilities:



• Create and maintain DACE events for upcoming dividend payments

• Perform reconciliation of expected dividends and identify discrepancies

• Investigate dividend payment discrepancies and ensure timely resolution through coordination with internal teams and external entities.

• Book dividends (cash and securities) in line with defined payment date benchmarks

• Monitor and control cash and stock movements related to dividend events

• Identify and escalate potential booking issues, proactively following up with relevant teams (TA, Reconciliation, Investigations)

• Manage receipt and reconciliation of tax vouchers against outstanding dividend lines

• Ensure timely distribution of tax vouchers to clients

• Follow up on missing tax vouchers in line with defined benchmarks (e.g. Kano)

• Handle client queries related to dividends and tax vouchers in a timely and professional manner

• Contribute to team discussions, sharing issues and improvement ideas to support efficient end-to-end processing

• Actively contributes to the team’s continuous improvement (CI) initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and supporting process enhancements.

• Proactively detects process gaps and raises improvement opportunities, ensuring timely escalation and follow-up.

Required Qualifications:



• Risk-aware mindset with the ability to identify and escalate issues proactively

• Strong attention to detail and focus on data accuracy and quality

• Good analytical skills with ability to investigate issues and propose solutions

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines

• Client-focused with a service-oriented approach

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Demonstrates initiative and willingness to learn and improve processes

• Adaptable and open to change in procedures and market practices

• Basic to good knowledge of securities and back-office operations

• Interest in financial markets and operations.
