Note: The Blackbaud Pacific Services Team supports Raiser’s Edge NXT, Blackbaud CRM and Blackbaud Award Management systems; in this role you may be called on to assist with consulting and implementation activities across different CRM products depending on the business need.

Blackbaud is a ‘Remote First’ organisation and this role will be delivered remotely. Customer ‘on-site’ visits will be a requirement of the role and thus your residence in Australia or New Zealand is required.
Working hours will be based on the Australian Eastern time zones (AEST and AEDT), depending on your location negotiation may be available. Public holidays will apply to your home location.
