Job Description

Skillbridge Academy is seeking a motivated and personable Fundraising Sales Associate to join our team in Austin, TX.

In this role, you will help develop relationships with prospective donors, supporters, and community partners while presenting fundraising initiatives in a clear and compelling way. You will play an important role in expanding engagement, identifying new opportunities, and helping the organization achieve its fundraising objectives.

The ideal candidate is confident, professional, goal-oriented, and comfortable communicating with a variety of individuals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective donors and supporters in a professional and persuasive manner.
• Present fundraising campaigns, initiatives, and organizational goals clearly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with donors, prospects, and community contacts.
• Identify opportunities to increase fundraising participation and contributions.
• Follow up with prospective supporters and maintain consistent communication.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and fundraising progress.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and organizational goals.
• Provide a professional and positive experience throughout every interaction.
• Develop a strong understanding of Skillbridge Academy’s programs, mission, and fundraising initiatives.
• Meet established performance and fundraising objectives.
