We're seeking an experienced and strategic Fundraising Data and Reporting Manager to manage the integrity and drive the optimisation of our fundraising data ecosystem, enabling smarter decisions, stronger donor engagement, and sustainable growth.

The Opportunity

  • CBD office location on Wurundjeri Country
  • 2 days in the office, 3 WFH
  • Full time, Permanent role
  • $115K plus Super & Salary Packaging

Reporting to the Head of Fundraising Data and Analytics, you will be the subject matter expert for fundraising data, systems, reporting, and database management across the Partnerships & Engagement team. You'll play a critical role in maintaining data quality, driving campaign segmentation and reporting, managing CRM processes, and supporting the organisation's broader data strategy.

Working closely with Fundraising, Philanthropy, Marketing, Digital, Finance and external partners, you'll ensure data is accurate, accessible, compliant, and driving informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of fundraising databases and CRM systems.
  • Champion data integrity, governance, compliance and best practice data management.
  • Deliver donor segmentation and campaign targeting to maximise fundraising outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards, including Power BI solutions.
  • Produce accurate and timely fundraising, campaign and income reporting.
  • Support integration, optimisation and development of key data platforms and systems.
  • Provide technical expertise, training and user support to stakeholders across the organisation.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the Partnerships & Engagement Data Strategy and future CRM initiatives.

About You

You are a personable, highly analytical and solutions-focused data professional who thrives on turning complex information into meaningful insights.

To be successful, you'll bring:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and at least 5 years' experience in a data, CRM, business intelligence, analytics or related role.
  • Strong experience managing CRM systems, ideally within a fundraising, not-for-profit or supporter engagement environment.
  • Advanced capability in SQL, database management and data extraction techniques.
  • Experience developing Power BI dashboards and data visualisation solutions.
  • Knowledge of business intelligence tools, reporting frameworks and data governance principles.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting CRM implementation or optimisation projects.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage large and complex datasets.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

The Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) has been providing outstanding care for Victoria's children and their families for over 147 years.

We are the major specialist paediatric hospital in Victoria and our care extends to children from Tasmania, southern New South Wales and other states around Australia and overseas.

With a passionate, highly skilled and committed staff campus wide of over 5,000, we provide a full range of clinical services, tertiary care and health promotion and prevention programs for children and young people.

We are the designated state-wide major trauma centre for paediatrics in Victoria and a Nationally Funded Centre for cardiac and liver transplantation.

When it comes to training and research we partner with the very best. Our campus partners, the Murdoch Childrens Research Institute (MCRI) and The University of Melbourne Department of Paediatrics, along with the RCH Foundation, are on site with the hospital in Parkville.
