Job Description

Are you a people person who enjoys making a difference, connecting with others, and being part of a team?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Fundraising Coordinator to support fundraising campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and promotional events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to gain hands-on experience in fundraising, community engagement, marketing, communication, event coordination, and leadership.

No previous fundraising experience is required. We provide training and support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.

In this role, you'll work directly with team members, community members, donors, and supporters while helping coordinate campaigns and events for charitable and community-focused organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Assist with planning and coordinating fundraising campaigns and community outreach events.
  • Represent nonprofit and charitable organizations at fundraising events and community activities.
  • Engage with members of the public and communicate information about fundraising campaigns and charitable initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with supporters, donors, community members, and event attendees.
  • Help coordinate event schedules, promotional materials, supplies, and logistics.
  • Assist with setting up and managing fundraising events.
  • Educate community members about campaign goals and available ways to support participating organizations.
  • Maintain accurate records of campaign activity, donations, interactions, and event results.
  • Work closely with team members and management to meet campaign objectives.
  • Assist with onboarding and supporting new team members.
  • Help create an upbeat, welcoming, and professional team environment.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as you develop your skills and experience.

  • Previous fundraising, nonprofit, sales, marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, or event experience is helpful but not required.
  • Leadership experience is a plus, including experience from school organizations, athletics, volunteer activities, community organizations, or other team environments.
