About the Role

Raise is looking for a highly organised and strategically minded Fundraising Campaign Coordinator to help drive Raise Foundation's fundraising growth through targeted campaigns, audience engagement and supporter acquisition activities.

This role sits at the centre of Raise's fundraising campaign activity, supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of fundraising campaigns that build awareness, engage prospective supporters and create opportunities for meaningful fundraising conversations. Working across corporate partnerships, philanthropy, trusts and foundations and community fundraising, you will help connect new audiences to Raise's mission and impact

Working closely with the Chief Fundraising and Marketing Officer, Fundraising Strategist and broader fundraising and marketing teams, you will support the delivery of fundraising priorities through strategically planned campaigns, audience segmentation, prospect engagement activities and campaign performance reporting. Using Salesforce and other tools, you'll help coordinate campaign activity, maintain audience data and generate insights that improve campaign effectiveness and supporter engagement.

You'll combine campaign coordination, audience insights, prospect research and project management skills to deliver high-quality fundraising campaigns and engagement activities. Your work will support fundraisers to build relationships, connect with prospective supporters and ultimately enable more young people to access life-changing mentoring.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating fundraising campaigns in collaboration with the CFMO and Fundraising Strategist, from planning and audience segmentation through to execution, reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Conducting prospect and market research to identify potential supporters, partners and funding opportunities and provide insights that inform campaign activity.
  • Supporting audience development, engagement and supporter acquisition activities across corporate partnerships, philanthropy, trusts and foundations and community fundraising.
  • Coordinating campaign communications, outreach activities, events and engagement initiatives across multiple channels.
  • Maintaining accurate campaign, audience and engagement data within Salesforce and other fundraising systems.
  • Tracking campaign performance, audience engagement and fundraising activity and preparing reports and insights to support decision-making.
  • Providing campaign coordination, audience insights and communication support that enables fundraisers to build relationships, secure meetings and progress fundraising opportunities.
  • Supporting fundraising team effectiveness through strong operational coordination, process improvement and campaign administration.

A full list of responsibilities is available in the Position Description.

About you

You are highly organised, proactive and strategically minded, with experience supporting fundraising, business development, partnerships, sales or customer engagement activities.

You enjoy analysing information, identifying opportunities and contributing ideas that improve campaign performance, supporter engagement and fundraising outcomes.

You bring:

  • Experience in fundraising, campaign coordination, marketing, business development, partnerships, sales support or a similar role.
  • You love creating momentum, coordinating multiple activities and turning ideas into engaging campaigns that deliver meaningful fundraising outcomes.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality data and reporting
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
  • High-level administrative skills

Most importantly, you are inspired by Raise’s mission and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly impacts young people’s lives.
