You’ll be the organiser, cheerleader, and problem-solver behind our fundraising campaigns and events. From planning the details to celebrating the wins, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly and supporters feel appreciated and ensure our mission keeps moving.

• Plan and deliver fundraising campaigns, appeals, and events that make an impact.
• Keep things on track—budgets, timelines, risk checks, permits, and compliance.
• Give our supporters the VIP treatment with friendly updates and thank-you’s.
• Help community and corporate fundraisers smash their goals.
• Keep our data squeaky clean in platforms like Salesforce and "Funraisin" (we use it to make smart decisions).
• Spot trends and share ideas to make our fundraising even better.
• Team up with other departments to bring fresh ideas to life.

You don’t need formal qualifications—what matters most is your passion and skills. If you tick most of these boxes, we’d love to hear from you:

• Experience in fundraising, events, or community engagement (bonus points for not-for-profit experience).
• Great people skills—empathetic, confident, and clear communicator.
• Comfortable with platforms like "Funraisin" and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
• Super organised with an eye for detail.
• Good with Microsoft 365 and basic design tools like Canva.
• Able to juggle multiple priorities and roll with the punches.

Want 7.6 hours for 3 days a week? Maybe 5 days during school hours works better for you. This role is 0.6FTE with our team in the office Wednesdays but there is flexibility in what your week looks like to make work, work for you.
