Key Responsibilities

Donor Relations

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with VIP and major donors in the Lakewood area
• Conduct personal donor visits and follow-ups
• Open new donor relationships and expand the organization's footprint in the community

Events & Campaigns

• Plan and execute Lakewood-based fundraising events
• Run targeted campaigns tied to organizational initiatives
• Handle the logistical and technical side of event and campaign execution

Community Engagement

• Serve as the organization's face in the Lakewood community
• Move naturally within the community and represent the mission authentically
• Maintain consistent, warm communication with donors and prospects

Qualifications

• Comfortable operating within the community environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and long-term relationships
• Experience in fundraising, donor relations, or a relationship-based sales role preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage events and campaigns end-to-end
• Full-time availability with flexible hours
