This is a remote position.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Funding Team Member to join our growing team. This role supports U.S.-based personal injury cases by reviewing, processing, and managing pre-settlement funding requests. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in personal injury and a strong understanding of legal case flow. Legal assistant experience is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Review and process pre-settlement funding applications for personal injury cases
• 
  Analyze case details, documentation, and risk factors to support funding decisions
• 
  Communicate with attorneys, law firms, and clients to gather required information
• 
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
• 
  Track case progress and ensure timely follow-up on outstanding items
• 
  Assist with verifying case status, liens, and settlement updates
• 
  Ensure compliance with company policies and funding guidelines

Qualifications:

• 
  Required:
  Prior experience working with U.S. personal injury cases
• 
  Strong understanding of personal injury case lifecycle and terminology
• 
  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• 
  Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
• 
  Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• 
  Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar legal support role
• 
  Experience with case management systems and legal documentation
• 
  Familiarity with medical records, billing, and liens related to PI cases
