Our Funding Administrator is an individual with the vision and dedication needed to oversee and develop Funding activities.
Our Funding Administrator role is a challenging and dynamic position with opportunity for advancement. As a Funding Administrator with Westlake Direct, LLC dba LoanCenter, you will be ensuring a seamless completion of the loan Funding Process. The successful Funding Coordinator will work closely with Loan Officers, Credit Analyst and Management to oversee daily Funding activities.
If you’re currently working in a dealership’s business office or in any administrative role, a junior accountant, billing specialist, or office manager — we want to hear from you! While you may not have direct experience as a Funding Administrator, your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage paperwork and deadlines translate perfectly into this role. We’ve found that people with strong administrative or accounting backgrounds thrive in funding because they already excel at reviewing documents, ensuring accuracy, and keeping processes running smoothly.
