As a Fund Servicing Associate at JPMorganChase within the Exchange Traded Funds Operations team, you will help deliver dedicated operational support across the ETF lifecycle. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to reduce risk, improve client experience, and increase processing efficiency. You will contribute to process improvements and metrics that strengthen day-to-day execution and long-term scalability.

Job responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end ETF lifecycle processing from order placement through settlement of create and redeem activity
  • Monitor incoming cash receipts related to ETF orders and investigate exceptions
  • Manage incoming and outgoing collateral activity related to ETF orders
  • Analyze and troubleshoot Portfolio Composition File activity and related operational issues
  • Research and resolve client inquiries regarding trade and settlement activity within required timelines
  • Build relationships with ETF clients, authorized participants, and external vendors to support smooth execution
  • Partner closely with internal teams across client service, custody, fund accounting, and the broader ETF organization
  • Drive efficiencies through process improvement, documentation, and control enhancements
  • Support new business initiatives and onboarding of authorized participants, partnering with product and technology on delivery

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • ETF servicing experience in operations, client service, fund accounting, or custody
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including ability to investigate breaks and identify root causes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and deliver results within deadlines
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to influence across distributed, global teams
  • Experience interacting with clients and managing expectations with professionalism and urgency
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to move initiatives forward in a cross-functional, matrixed operating environment
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, consistently changing environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to present information clearly

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working across multiple business areas and/or functions to deliver results
  • Experience in financial reporting, fund administration, accounting, and/or custody (five years preferred)
  • Experience supporting process improvement efforts, including metrics and reporting to track performance
