As a Fund Servicing Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a crucial role in our fund servicing operations. Your primary focus will be on executing routine transactions and collaborating with various teams. You will also apply your knowledge of fund servicing to ensure smooth operations, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements. Your emotional intelligence will help you build strong relationships and influence better outcomes. Job responsibilities  
  • Process and maintain Initial Charge and Trailer Fee setups based on distribution agreements and fund setup requirements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established procedures.
  • Perform Trailer Fee calculations, reporting, and payment processing, including reconciliation of fund receipts, payments, and reinvestments.
  • Support NAV loading, pricing activities, price runs, and reporting for funds serviced within Transfer Agency Operations.
  • Deliver high-quality operational support in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment while consistently meeting service level agreements and processing timelines.
  • Monitor operational activities, identify risks, exceptions, and discrepancies, and escalate issues promptly in accordance with established risk and control procedures.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal control standards to safeguard client and firm interests.
  • Partner effectively with Transfer Agency teams, Technology, and other Operations functions to resolve issues, enhance client service delivery, and support business objectives.
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying efficiency opportunities, reducing operational risk, enhancing controls, and responding proactively to internal and external stakeholder inquiries.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
  • Understanding of Transfer Agency operations, fund servicing processes, and the trade lifecycle.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly, work independently, and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Strong commitment to client service, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills 
  • 4 years of experience in Financial Services Operations, preferably within Transfer Agency, Reconciliations, Fund Administration, or Securities Services.
  • Prior experience supporting Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Reconciliations, or Investor Services functions.
  • Knowledge of fund accounting, mutual fund operations, or securities services products.
  • Experience identifying and driving process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Proven ability to partner effectively within a global team environment and contribute to a strong risk and control culture.
